Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received by 12pm 48 hours prior to arrival. If this notice is not given we will take payment for your first nights' accommodation in full from the card details you have provided.
Advanced Purchase Rates are payable at the point of booking and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Pre-Authorisation Policy
Please note on arrival, we respectfully ask that guests provide a £200 pre-authorisation to cover any incidental charges throughout your stay (please note we are unable to process a pre-authorisation on Apple Pay, you MUST also present a physical credit or debit card to allow us to process).
This pre-authorization will be released on check out and will take up to 10 working days to appear back in your account.

MASTER SUITES
Our Master Suites, offer spacious accommodation, some of the rooms offer a feature bed. Comfortable seating areas and thoughtful touches making for good experience great, perfect for those longer breaks. With plenty of space for you to relax and unwind, each room is individually decorated furnished and has luxury bathrobes & slippers. We have a number of four-poster, historic style Master Suites and a number of sea view Master Suites, these are booked on a first come first served basis.
SEAVIEW DOUBLE
Our Seaview Double Rooms offer fantastic views over the Wirral estuary and the Irish Sea. These rooms are thoughtfully and tastefully decorated offering traditional comfort with a contemporary twist with additional space to relax. These rooms are suitable for an additional bed or cot.
